Not long after Starscream bonded with Phoenix; he decided to create an heir to the Decepticon - Seeker throne. He sparked. He is cruel, enjoys getting Starscream into trouble with Phoenix and visa versa. He has no real urge to take Starscream's place and he can pack a powerful punch with an Electro Magnetic Pulse.
